At Teezy, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 10 DAYS of delivery
  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at teezysupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the provided return address.

Please do not return products without prior approval from our support team.


4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take up to 5 Days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive confirmation once your refund has been initiated

Shipping charges and COD fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect products received

Exchange requests must be made within [X DAYS] of delivery and are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Teezy may cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
