All orders are processed within 24 Hours after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, sales, or holidays.

We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: ₹60
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over ₹300  

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.


Delivery Issues & Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High shipping volumes
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at teezysupport@gmail.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.


International Shipping

We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.

If international shipping is available:

  • Delivery times may vary by destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
